Why doesn't anyone replace the toilet paper on the roll holder in a public
restroom
If there is some available, I do.
If not I ask for some or go to another restroom.
Most people are lazy or afraid to get their hands dirty. Getting their
hands dirty doesn't make sense though because they should wash their hands
anyway.
But some are too lazy to do that too.

Probably the same reason they don't even flush.
because its gross and everyone tries to limit their physical
contact with anything in a public restroom. That responsibility falls to
the last person who actually needs it.
1. I don't know where they keep the extra rolls
2. it is not my job
3. I don't get paid for it -even if I do
Probably because no one knows it needs replacing. Find someone
in charge, and let them know!
heck, i can not even get my own family to do that here at
home!!!!
